Scholarship Program: Eligibility & Benefits
- Academic Year Consideration: The academic year for the scholarship will be considered from 1st June to 31st May.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Eligible Courses: Students studying in Class 11, Class 12, ITI, Diploma, Graduation, and Post-Graduation in General Fields, Medical, and Engineering are eligible to apply.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit for applying for the scholarship is 30 years.

Family Income Criteria:
- A) For salaried employees: ₹4 lakh per year
- B) For others: ₹2.5 lakh per year
- Application Limit: A student can apply for the scholarship only once during the entire duration of their course.
- Eligible Institutions: Scholarships will be awarded to students studying in Government and Government-aided schools, colleges, and institutions, as well as private institutions that do not charge exorbitant fees.
General Terms & Obligations:
- Any changes to your personal or academic information must be communicated to the SITARAM JINDAL FOUNDATION team without delay. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility or renewal.
- Failure to respond to communication, provide required documents, or remain in touch with the Foundation may result in disqualification, discontinuation of the scholarship, or loss of eligibility for future support.
- The Trust reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be applicable to all current and future applicants and scholarship recipients.
Required Documents: (All documents should be sealed & signed by the Principal)

Academic Records:
- A copy of the latest exam result, sealed and signed by the Principal/Lecturer.
- A copy of the Class X exam result.
- If the Class X result does not include the date of birth, an additional proof of date of birth is required, sealed and signed by the Principal/Lecturer.

Income Proof:
- A government-certified document declaring the family's annual income.
- For PUC & ITI Students: A photocopy of the Income Certificate or BPL Card.
- For those in employment: Rs. 4.00 lakh per year - Salary Certificate issued by the Employer is acceptable.
- For all Others: Rs. 2.5 lakh per year - A photocopy of the Income Certificate issued by the competent state government authority.
- Validity: The Income Certificate should not be more than four years old and must still be in force.
- Orphan Students: Instead of an Income Certificate, submission of the Death Certificates of both parents is required.

- PPO (Pension Payment Order)
- Ex-Serviceman Widow Card
- Relation/Dependency Certificate

Annexure VII A: Certificate Regarding Student's Admission and Annual Fee
- Annexure IV: Certificate for college hostellers, sealed and signed by the Warden and Principal/Lecturer.
- Annexure IX: Certificate for private accommodation hostellers, sealed and signed by the PG Owner/Private Accommodation Owner and Principal/Lecturer.
- Annexure XI: Declaration confirming that the student is not receiving any other scholarships or fee reimbursement from Government, SC/ST/OBC schemes, or any other sources.
- Physically Challenged Students: A valid certificate issued by competent authorities.
- Bank Details (Mandatory): A copy of the student's bank passbook.
